Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over S$150 EUR delivered within Singapore. All orders of our Imperial Damask Quilt Cover Sets qualify automatically — no coupon code required.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00pm SGT are typically processed the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address being provided.
Packaging
Your Imperial Damask Set is carefully folded and packaged to prevent compression creasing in transit. The set is packed in a sealed bag within a sturdy outer carton. We recommend unpacking and hanging or spreading your comforter for a few hours after receipt to allow any transit creases to relax.
30-Day Returns
We want you to love your Luxury Bedding purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- All original pieces must be present (all 7 items in the set)
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) required
How to Return
- Email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorisation and instructions
- Repack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly sent. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout via Stripe. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank before contacting us, as processing times vary by institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
